YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creation and distribution of open job positions to the proper outlet
  • Screening all incoming candidates from the submitted resumes
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Coordinate orientation for all new employees 
  • Appropriate update and use of ADP 
  • Filing, scanning, and other clerical duties
  • Plan employee events, meetings, training etc. 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • ADP and any other payroll software experience
  • Proper Grammar both oral and written
  • Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to details
