• Responsible for scheduling appointments, travel schedules, and arranges conference calls.
• Read and route incoming mail.
• Take dictation in shorthand or by recorder and transcribes notes and/or voice recordings.
• Compose and type routine correspondence.
• Organize and maintain file system.
• Answer and screen manager’s telephone calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience.
