My client, a large Global company is seeking a results-driven Director of Administration/Business Operations with strong leadership skills to manage the efficiency of their company's multiple offices and administrative team across the U.S.  

The primary offices are currently in NJ, NY, MO, CA and TX.  

The position will be responsible for the planning, organization, development, and direction for the overall operation of the team and driving and implementing the overall strategy for the administrative support proposition; as well as overseeing service quality and performance management of the team.


Job Requirements


  • 7+ years of related business management experience out of a Fortune 500 company (this is a MUST) with an emphasis on Training and Development. 
  • Someone who is approachable, able to motivate others, adaptable to environment and different personalities. 
  • Experience working in a large corporate setting and having a corporate mindset is a MUST. 
  • Must be willing to travel to 5 different locations in the beginning to get acclimated with the team, locations and process.
