Description

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Confirming policy coverage on each incoming claim 
  • Validate by obtaining necessary information for claims and filing properly in compliance with state agencies
  • Manage recovery of all types for potential claim
  • Notes claims to the proper party when applicable 
  • Effectively communicate with the status to both customer and claimant
  • Authorizes reserves and payments within authority limits 
  • Adheres to the regulations and principles of relevant state
  • Maintains professional customer relationships
  • Additional requirements that are assigned 

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent with related experience
  • 3+ years minimum within the industry
  • State Certification Examiner or Self-Insured Certificate preferred 
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
