Description: Our client is growing and looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator will support the day-to-day functions of the HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new employees
  • Benefit Administration
  • New Hire Processing Personnel Status Changes
  • Focus on Employee Recognition
  • Interview potential employees
  • Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Assist HR Manager

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational schools
  • Bachelor’s Degree
