DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: 

  • Receive and return all inbound calls
  • Answer messages via email from external parties
  • Review information via MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud 
  • Update and track all reports, spreadsheets etc 
  • Any other tasks assigned by management 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU QUALIFY: 

  • 3+ years of medical office administrative/customer service or medical insurance experience 
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication 
  • Strong work ethic
