Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc…).
-Answer incoming calls.
-Respond to incoming emails.
-Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first call resolution.
-Input letters from consumers and file them.
-Handle incoming faxes.
-Return calls from voicemail.
-Stuff envelopes and meter mail.
-Learn about necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
-High School Degree.
-Excellent Written/Oral Communication Skills.
-Prior Customer Service Experience.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications.
