RemX is working with a manufacturing client in the King of Prussia area to fill a contract-to-hire Administrative Assistant position.  The Administrative Assistant will report to the CFO and Director of Human Resources, and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Answering and directing phone calls (not a high volume phone setting)
  • Greeting and guiding guests to their destination
  • Preparing correspondence and typing documents as requested
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Data entry as requested
  • Other project work as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of one year experience in as administrative, clerical or receptionist level role 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage competing or changing priorities with east
  • Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team setting and respect differing opinions
