TITLE: HR Generalist

TYPE: Contract to Hire

YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Full cycle recruiting for technical positions
  • Work with broker to assist in benefits administration for new and existing employees
  • Coordinate training for eligible personnel and track status of required trainings
  • Backup for payroll department utilizing 3rd party payroll system
  • Assist with 401K enrollment
  • Maintain personnel files and database
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Help with planning of yearly social events for the office

 

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related degree is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience; experience recruiting for technical/engineering positions is preferred
  • Light payroll experience is required
  • Must have strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
