We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk / Desktop Specialist to provide Tier I & II user support. The successful candidate will provide high level customer IT support via Help Desk, remote access and onsite.
- Perform product and technical support for all versions of Microsoft’s core business applications and IT infrastructure such as PCs, devices, network and business applications.
- Provide support for mobile devices (IOS, Android) and A/V technologies
- Perform basic AD administration and network troubleshooting
- Document actions taken to resolve issues, client contact information, network diagrams, expenses, etc. in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
- Interface with clients and various team members to resolve or escalate technical issues to client satisfaction.
- Participate in project-based assignments as needed.
