Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk / Desktop Specialist to provide Tier I & II user support. The successful candidate will provide high level customer IT support via Help Desk, remote access and onsite. 

  • Perform product and technical support for all versions of Microsoft’s core business applications and IT infrastructure such as PCs, devices, network and business applications.
  • Provide support for mobile devices (IOS, Android) and A/V technologies
  • Perform basic AD administration and network troubleshooting
  • Document actions taken to resolve issues, client contact information, network diagrams, expenses, etc. in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
  • Interface with clients and various team members to resolve or escalate technical issues to client satisfaction.
  • Participate in project-based assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

Required:

  • 2-4 years experience in an IT technical support role, supporting end users with issues related to HW, Windows & Mac OSX, SW, Email, Mobile, Office 365
  • Understanding of basic networking fundamentals
  • Structured approach to problem solving particularly under time constraints.
  • Familiarity with A/V equipment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting upper management; “white glove” support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; dependable, flexible, can-do attitude
