YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Direct orientation of temporary and full time employees
  • Maintain all employee relations
  • Act as a liaison for employee and benefit providers 
  • Prepare on-boarding documents for new hires
  • Review and approve payroll before it is sent to 200+ employees 
  • Effectively communicate with agencies 
  • Adjust to a fast paced and growing environment 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU QUALIFY

  • 1+ years of previous HR experience 
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • Great Communication skills; both written and oral 
  • College degree preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
