RemX Specialty Staffing is currently looking for a Bilingual Call Center representative in the Buckhead area. 

The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with uninsured self-pay hospital patients over the phone to schedule and/or conduct eligibility interviews for State/Federal programs. A typical customer service representative is responsible for screening patients, determining their eligibility, documenting the results, giving the patient a decision, communicating clear directions on next steps for the patient, and filling out an application. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.


Job Responsibilities: Screen patients based on demographic, income, and asset criteria, make eligibility decisions from patient interactions, give patients clear directions, complete applications, communicate clear next steps to patients regardless of eligibility.


Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Requirements


  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 5 to 7 years customer service related experience required
  • 2 years of call center experience.
  • Healthcare experience is also a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Experience with computer applications, Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Healthcare, Medicaid or Disability experience preferable, but not necessary.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
