TYPE: Full Time, Contract to Hire.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Communicate with employees, providers, and clients via phone or email.
  • Refer or escalate calls as needed.
  • Research any issues or concerns.
  • Regularly follow up with clients and members on resolution of issues.
  • Document all inquiries following specific guidelines.
  • Make outbound calls as needed.
  • Other duties as needed.

 

Job Requirements

HOW YOU QUALIFY

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume call driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new responsibilities and adjust to changing policies
  • Positive and energetic attitude
