RemX is seeking Customer Service Representatives for an AMAZING company located in Thousand Oaks, California!
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information in a call center environment! START ASAP!
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm (sometimes overtime is required )
• Assist customers with returns, providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
• Answer product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Update customer accounts by recording account information in SAP system.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
• Following up to ensure resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be organized and detailed orientated
