Description

Our Client, a financial services organization located in the Plymouth Meeting area, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.  The Project Manager will oversee a project team who will be responsible for ensuring mortgage and loan paperwork for assigned client projects are reviewed, organized and processed timely.  To achieve this goal, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Overseeing and Managing multiple mortgage and loan related projects for clients
  • Track and monitor progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Respond to client questions for status updates and client related requests for information
  • Manages a project team (Coordinator and Assistant) who is responsible for reviewing and verifying mortgage and loan paperwork in order to move projects forward to completion
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding their projects

 

Job Requirements


REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of residential real estate collateral documents preferred, but not required
  • General mortgage industry experience helpful, but not required
  • Experience managing a team and performing in a leadership role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
