Summary:

  • Communicate with current healthcare benefit plan members through to review member’s eligibility and consult them on available benefit packages which would fit their lifestyle.
  • Review any inquiries from current members to determine their specific needs and help decide on the best package for each individuals needs.
  • Meet organizational production goals and contribute to the overall success of the member services department.

 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm 

Pay Rate: $15.00

Job Requirements

Requirements to be considered for the position:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to successfully market, sell, and promote company services in an production-driven environment.
  • Ability to commute to Alpharetta with reliable transportation - (this location is not on the bus line)
  • MUST Live within 25 miles of client location in North Alpharetta, GA
