- Communicate with current healthcare benefit plan members through to review member’s eligibility and consult them on available benefit packages which would fit their lifestyle.
- Review any inquiries from current members to determine their specific needs and help decide on the best package for each individuals needs.
- Meet organizational production goals and contribute to the overall success of the member services department.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pay Rate: $15.00
Requirements to be considered for the position:
- Minimum 3 years of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to successfully market, sell, and promote company services in an production-driven environment.
- Ability to commute to Alpharetta with reliable transportation - (this location is not on the bus line)
- MUST Live within 25 miles of client location in North Alpharetta, GA
