Description

 Interpret and apply governmental laws and regulations, as well as established corporate policies. Develop and implement effective Employee Relations programs. Assist with associate event planning. Investigate and prepare responses to personnel related complaints, lawsuits and charges. Under close supervision prepare, submit and maintain all reports that pertain to HR, safety and risk administration, associate engagement surveys, and answering general HR questions. Assist managers in identifying staffing needs, including, non-exempt and hourly associates. Coordinating new hire orientations/delivering other training sessions. Maintain accurate records of hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and incidents. Assist on a filing and data storage project, and perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Relations within a manufacturing or sales environment preferred.Proficient computer skills with a variety of software programs is required
