Advanced Excel skills including creating vLookups, pivot tables, multiple sorts, conditional formatting, etc.
Proficiency developing slide decks and scorecards for business reviews with Sr. Leaders
Prior TA Operations experience preferred, not required
Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger picture
Ability to effectively managing project plans including decision and risk logs in a fast-paced environment
Access experience preferred
Tableau experience preferred
Ability to think outside the box resulting in innovative approaches to achieve greater process efficiency
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Ability to navigate a matrix organization
Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or other relevant area required
Minimum 3 years analyst experience
Minimum 1 year experience with Workday reporting (including report building)
Minimum 1 year experience driving process standardization and automation
Minimum 1 year experience delivering system enhancements
Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR preferred
