We are searching for strong candidates that has persevering characteristics and are passionate about excelling their careers within the Insurance field. As a Member Engagement Rep, employees will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to insured members under Change Healthcare. Within this role, candidates will be also providing members with opportunities to better their policies by informing and enrolling them in provided programs that are offered through their insurance. Requirements include a 1 year minimum of call center experience, past experience in the medical /insurance field along with a positive attitude and a compelling will to successfully get the job done. If you are willing to gain a substantial call center experience within the medical field while gaining a jump start in the insurance industry, this is the opportunity for you!! 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year Call Center Experience 
  • Must live within 25 miles of Alpharetta, GA
  • Be willing to speak eloquently and be soft spoken through phone conversation 
  • Experience with Elderly Care is a PLUS
  • Completed education of High school or GED
