This customer service position provides you with an amazing opportunity in the healthcare field where you will improve lives and shape an industry that is vital to us all.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls from patients, doctor’s offices, etc.
  • Reviewing account details to make sure requirements are met
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Updating accounts
  • Researching and resolving issues

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Medical experience is beneficial
  • Must have at least one year of call center experience
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel

The hours are full-time, Monday-Saturday, anywhere from 5am-10pm. The pay is $14.50-16.00/hour.
