We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join the team of a growing, stable company located in Richmond, VA. This position is responsible for recruiting activities for positions ranging from contact center to CFO and everything in between. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment to including sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinator of interviews with hiring managers
  • Pre-employment screening
  • Extending offers
  • Set up of personnel/payroll files

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
  • Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
  • 2-4 years’ work experience in industry-related field.
  • Previous experience in sales position is required.
  • Proven track record is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of college coursework and recruiting experience
