We are seeking a well-rounded IT Admin with an exceptional customer service attitude. The self-motivated and organized candidate will assist users over the phone, in-person and via remote access to resolve or escalate technical problems related to systems, information security, business applications.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems
- Research problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, and assist users through simple procedures
- Work with IT team to manage ticket assignments and resolution
- Basic administration of accounts and passwords
- Support mobile devices using centralized control applications (iOS and Android)
- Assist in ordering for the department, including order creation, receiving and inventory control of equipment/supplies
- Other duties as assigned
