RemX Irvine is looking for an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our well-known client in the Auto parts Industry, located in the Ontario area. This is a contract position expected to last 1 year and is paying $18.00p/hr. We are seeking someone who is fluent in Korean and English.  Please read through the description below and apply today for immediate consideration!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for MQA purchasing
  • Prepare manual purchase request and create purchase orders
  • Process invoices and keep track of outgoing payments
  • Assist with Accounting and budget planning
  • Support Management with building maintenance improvement services
  • Purchase and use of test vehicle maintenance, registration and accident processing
  • Assist with monthly inventory of supplies and order as needed
  • Assist with internal and municipal audits

Job Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge of MS office (particularly excel/ppt)
  • Good communication skill
  • Fluent in Korean and English required
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Basic accounting
  • Able to understand legal documentation
  • Experience in HR, accounting, office management preferred
  • HS Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
