RemX is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our rewarding team! Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for communicating with pharmacists, patients, and doctors. Having great attention to detail and effective phone and email communication is a MUST

Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers and health care professionals on policies and services
  • Communicate with patients, doctors and pharmacists via telephone and email
  • Provide a great first impression on behalf of our clients
  • Manage accounts with great attention to detail

  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Must be available to work any shift Monday–Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm. 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Longevity with previous employers
