RemX has partnered with a large real estate company in Berwyn, PA to assist in their search for a Part-time Administrative Assistant. The Part-time Administrative Assistant would be supporting the real estate’s Charity Department. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity that offers a flexible schedule within a 20 hour work week. Part-time Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Manage editorial calendar for press releases, social media, website updates, etc.
- Write and email press releases to local media outlets
- Email updates on initiatives, events, and announcements through Google-based email newsletter
- Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Special events and company-wide event planning assistance and promotion
- Coordinate professional photographer and at times videographer for charities events
- Enter data, maintain and monitor data files, create files and documents, produce reports,
- Sort and distribute mail
- Filing and copying
Part-time Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience
- Strong oral communication skills including active listening
