RemX is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Supervisor to join the team of a growing company located in Tempe.


  • Manage, train, and guide agents to execute their tasks
  • Supervise agents to ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and client specific requirements
  • Evaluate agents’ job performance and suggest appropriate action
  • Identifies training needs for the agents in developing training programs
  • Responsible for the training and development of agents and promoting a positive team environment
  • Prepare and develop schedules 


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma, college degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a call center environment in a leadership capacity
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Group Health, Workers Compensation, Auto and General Liability claims
  • Solid understanding of KPI's for Inbound Call Center
  • Ability to meet goals and objectives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication, management, interpersonal, and leadership skills required
