Description

RemX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team of a growing company located in Tempe, Arizona.

Hours:

  • 11:30 am – 8:00 pm (training 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Take claims via phone, email or fax in a busy fast-paced call center environment 
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers
  • Enter data into company database
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
  • Possess EXCELLENT communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
