Are you interested in starting a career in healthcare that will utilize your customer service experience?

A pharmacy benefit management company in South Scottsdale is currently seeking enthusiastic professionals in their customer service department.

The hours are full-time, Monday-Saturday. Candidates must be able to work between the hours of 5am-10pm. The pay is $14.50-16.00/hour.

Duties include:

  • Answering inbound calls from patients, doctor’s offices, and health insurance companies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Researching and resolving issues
  • Reviewing account details to make sure requirements are met
  • Updating accounts

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to type at least 30 wpm
  • Must have at least one year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Medical experience is beneficial, but not required
