Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner in the Irvine area who is proficient in benefits, 401k, payroll and wellness programs.  You will be responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (401(k) retirement plan and Wellness Program).  And as needed research new program and uses your ability to improve future and current programs and well as analyze current programs for quality.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in Benefits, 401k and wellness
  • 5+ years in high volume payroll

Job Requirements

  • Take the lead in managing all company befits programs, makes recommendations for modifications based on trends, needs, and cost.
  • Manage broker relationships and external service providers
  • Process and administer benefit plan billing, reconciliation and compliance
  • Manager internal reporting of plan metrics
  • Serve as an escalation resource for associates on behalf of programs
  • Maintain accurate data in the HRIS system
  • Provide HRIS reports as requested by management
  • Maintaining employee benefit files
  • Manage the 401k program
  • Assist with the execution of wellness initiatives
  • Manage the wellness program as needed
  • Subject matter expert in LOA, Work comp, 401k, benefits and wellness programs
