  • Establish and build relationships with vendors and escalate merchandise issues
  • Ensure catalog is up to date and product categorization is accurate
  • Handle escalated issues and act at as the 1st point of contact for customer service representatives


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years experience in a business environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
