Description

YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Manual uploads of incentives, bonus, union dues, and funding 
  • Work with tax and payroll management to ensure accurate responses to regulatory agencies for matters associated with federal, state, and local returns  
  • Mid level ADP payroll tax filling and preparation 
  • Prepare funding reports of payroll deductions 
  • Balance and reconcile GL accounts
  • Manage payroll taxes for union payroll- weekly and biweekly 
  • Review of general ledger for payroll taxes
  • Month end close and reconciliation for payroll

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Must have minimum of 5 years of experience processing payroll in multi-state, multi-cycle, high volume environment
  • Must have experience with general ledger reconciliation and month end close
  • Must have full understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws for payroll
  • SAP experience required
