  • Calendar management for executive including scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks
  • Compile meeting briefings
  • Arrange conference calls for executive
  • Make travel arrangements for executive
  • Submit expense reports for executive
  • Filing of documents
  • Order marketing materials
  • Assist with marketing mailers

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting an executive with administrative tasks
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented; organized
