RemX is seeking a Training Coordinator for a client in Alpharetta for a 12 week project position. Pay $20/hour
The Training Coordinator will:
- Support Office Manager by answering phones, routing calls and information, handling/sorting faxes, helping customers, info from providers, and a multitude of different things that may come up.
- Help with the management of the review process within the organization – the record keeping, etc.
- Filing personnel and or training records
- Managing employee service records/title changes/handling the templates to make sure all information is complete and the forms are being processed for employee status changes
- Run reports, change forms, update information with in the organization's database.
- Keep up with employee rewards and acknowledgement system.
- Update and reformat Excel reports
The Training Coordinator requirements:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be computer savvy!
- Be able to pass an Excel test showing solid intermediate experience
