We are looking for an Office Manager to support the day to day activities in the office as well as add Executive support at an executive level.


The responsibilities include administrative support to a Senior Executive which include coordinating client meetings, Travel and Expenses, as well as coordinating office lunches, requests for client meetings, managing the office supplies, maintaining office supply stock, manage mail, planning holiday parties and employee events.



Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within Office Administrative support, as well as experience as an Executive Assistant.
