  • In a contact center environment :   Verifying eligibility for medication based on the patient’s insurance plan
  • Make outbound calls to obtain information from the payor's 
  • Obtain prior authorization for services
  • Data entry 
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Good computer skills, typing 29 wpm min.   Dual monitors, experience with MS Office  
  • 1 year min experience verifying health insurance and prior authorization
  • Medicare and private health insurance knowledge 
  • Clear communication skills
  • Understanding of health insurance plans and benefit structures
  • Drive to succeed , Upbeat, positive attitude 

Full -time, Monday-Friday. Must be able to accept any shift assigned in the business hours 5am-6pm. The pay is $17.00/hour.  Location is mid-Scottsdale (off the 101, south of Shea Blvd)
