Description

We are seeking an outgoing Contact Center Specialist for a call center position in Richmond, VA.

Hours: 9 am – 6 pm Monday-Friday with a rotating Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume of phone calls in a call center environment
  • Transfer to appropriate parties or take messages 
  • Open and sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience answering 80+ calls/day in a high-volume call center setting
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
  • Possess EXCELLENT communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Bilingual is a huge plus!
  • 2+ years of recent customer service experience with one employer
