- Assist with all aspects of administration, logistics, inventory and storage
- Oversees adherence to Office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and submit invoices
- Monitor administrative and operational issues between departments and assist in resolving them
- Coordinate schedules for staff, monitor office supplies and ensure proper inventory is on hand
- Assist with scheduling meetings, interview, events and other similar activities
- Assist with special projects as needed
