YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate party
  • Greet all visitors
  • Set up conference room for meetings
  • Assist with paperwork for rental machines
  • Assist with processing of invoices
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail for USPS and UPS
  • Create and send emails to customers
  • Obtain quotes for needed office supplies

Job Requirements

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist/administrative assistant experience is required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide positive customer experience to all who call and visit the office
