Call Center Manager – Direct Hire
We have a well-established client in Stockton, CA who is looking for Call Center Manager to join their team. This position will assist in the development of a 25-50 member call center in Stockton. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as well as growing and developing your team.
- Manage Customer Service Supervisors, performance to be measured against job descriptions and Roles and Responsibilities. Apply development program for all direct reports.
- Ensure SLA’s are met, maintained and improved if possible.
- Maintain and monitor program profitability.
- Develop standardized policies and procedures.
- Effectively act as Liaison between with all internal and external customers to provide excellence in Customer Service
