Responsibilities:

  • Invoice clients, receive and process client payments
  • Responsible for closing books for multiple clients, adjusting journal entries and reconciliation
  • Process payroll and prepare payroll taxes 
  • Prepare, review and analyze financials 

Job Requirements

  • BS Accounting preferred
  • 3+ year Bookkeeping in CPA firm
  • QuickBooks and Excel knowledge
