The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Performance / Talent Manager) will be responsible for managing, creating, monitoring and enhancing the performance program.  You will strategize to find ways to suggest and implement improvements resulting with increased employee performance.


  • Create performance policies and programs
  • Manage goal-setting metrics and audit effectiveness
  • Manage and enforce improvements for work performance quality 
  • Monitor the process so management can make their employees accountable for results
  • Act as a consultant for planning, development, implementation of performance metrics and programs
  • Subject matter expert for Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent/Success Planning
  • Audit objectives vs results to ensure goals are met and analyze where areas of improvement are needed
  • Ratings calibration data collection
  • Be proactive on up to date on Talent policies and procedures
  • Recommend areas of improvement to have the end results in improved employee performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years in Human Resources
  • 4+ years leading and implementing performance / talent programs


  • PHR or SHRM Certifications
