RemX is currently hiring Call Center Supervisors for a growing Customer Contact Center located in South Jacksonville.
As a Call Center Supervisor, you will:
- Provide live chat support and floor support to team members
- Handle Supervisor Escalations and Escalated Calls.
- Spot Check Agent dispositions and coach accordingly.
- Monitor agents and provide proactive support as necessary.
- Meet with each assigned team every week to provide team and client updates, small group training sessions, set expectations, and answer questions.
- Prepare and deliver weekly team performance report. Update Quality and Schedule Adherence metrics.
Details of the Job:
- This is a Temp to Hire position starting at $18/hr
- We offer bi-weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs (between the hours 7 am – 1 am)
