Description

RemX is currently hiring Call Center Supervisors for a growing Customer Contact Center located in South Jacksonville.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide live chat support and floor support to team members
  • Handle Supervisor Escalations and Escalated Calls.
  • Spot Check Agent dispositions and coach accordingly.
  • Monitor agents and provide proactive support as necessary.
  • Meet with each assigned team every week to provide team and client updates, small group training sessions, set expectations, and answer questions.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly team performance report. Update Quality and Schedule Adherence metrics.

Details of the Job:  

  • This is a Temp to Hire position starting at $18/hr 
  • We offer bi-weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Must have a flexible schedule to meet business needs (between the hours 7 am – 1 am)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Work experience managing or supervising others in a fast-paced environment
  • Call center experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; presentation and group facilitation
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadline constraints

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadline constraints.
  • 2+ years working with others in a mentoring, supervisory, or management role
  • Knowledge of how adults acquire and use information and skills, and of training techniques suitable for different learning styles.
  • Skilled in research, observation, coaching and providing feedback to employees and executives.
