Customer Care Representatives 

Now hiring Customer Care Representatives to join our work family!

To be a successful Customer Care Representative, you will have the following attributes: 

  • Be interested and passionate about luxury brands and providing white glove service
  • Speak clearly and use descriptive language when describing the brand
  • Able to explain features on the brand items using Modern Luxury Language
  • Treat each customer and team member with respect and courtesy
  • Strong multi-tasking skills: typing, talking, and thinking simultaneously

Our Customer Care Representatives assist retail customers with any questions, orders, or assistance needed. Skills needed:

  • Follow a script for beginning and end of call
  • Assign a wrap-up code after every call
  • Keep notes of follow ups needed and complete in a timely manner
  • Very strong computer skills - able to navigate multiple tabs and screens
  • Strong multi-tasking skills: typing, talking, and thinking simultaneously
  • Able to explain features on the brand items using Modern Luxury Language

Job Details:

  • 2-3 weeks classroom training
  • Train on 1st shift for 3 weeks
  • Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift
  • Able to work weekends
  • $15 per hour
  • Located on the North side of Jacksonville
