Our Cary client is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative. The candidate will be responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Candidate will be responsible for determining the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. 

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 1pm to 5pm.
  • May schedule field service repair calls.
  • Handles requests for additional company materials.
  • Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
  • Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
