Description

Opportunity for a Senior Organizational Training and Learning leader that can develop and manage all aspects of a Corporate Learning Management System.  This will include oversight of the installation of system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management system.  Responsibilities:  maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions. This role will be accountable for the successful and effective leveraging of the LMS across all businesses and supporting development programs for specialized areas.

  • Support administrative and technical aspects of the Cornerstone LMS system, including testing, maintenance, troubleshooting and fixing user issues
  • Perform enrollment of users and groups
  • Assign learning plans
  • Manage records to maintain the business automation rules of assignments in conjunction with compliance protocols of auditors
  • Upload and perform quality assurance on e-learning content
  • Set up curriculum and virtual-led training programs and automate notifications to enrolled participants
  • Training end-users on basic use of the system’s self-serve functionalities including:  reporting, development of assessments and the creation of electronic technical checklists.
  • Quality control to account for accurate audience assignment and assessment scoring
  • Learning Mgt Systems Vendor responsibilities: contracts,  troubleshooting, identifying enhancements to improve system productivity, and ensure system accessibility, technical standards and online learning content
  • Compiles and communicates performance metrics for online and classroom training courses to measure training effectiveness.
  • Makes recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience including feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
  • Assists in the coordination of training programs for specialized areas such as:  leadership/executive development, sales, security, ethics and compliance, and sexual harassment.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Cornerstone, Success Factors, Taleo or other major Learning Platform.
  • Cornerstone and SCORM experience preferred
  • Strong Excel, Analytical and technical skills
  • Exceptional Project Management experience is a must
  • High degree of organization and ability to work independently
  • Experience with mobile learning platforms / digital learning
  • Standard instructional design methodologies, training development, performance support tools, and eLearning development tools.
  • Limited travel as needed
