You will work a spectrum of issues from simple to complex: answering routine health care benefits questions, support navigating the system, locating a doctor for the patient, to unearthing and resolving vaguely described, yet complex, health care benefits problems.
Your role is to assist candidates with all aspects of their health benefits, ensuring that not only clinical, but on-line & app services, plus follow-up care is provided and optimized.
Engage with clients through telephone, email & text to assist with all related benefits
Go into depth about medical, prescriptions, conditions and afflictions they are having
Understand and empathize with client by actively listening and communicating
Ability to listen, talk, and type while navigating through multiple applications
Utilize problem solving and critical thinking to better help each client
Minimum of bachelor’s degree and 2 years active service or 5 years as an active RN with an unrestricted license
Ability to acquire proficiency with computers, phones, software applications and more
High level verbal, written, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
