• Conduct Anti-harassment / anti-discrimination training and other on boarding training bi-weekly or as required
• Manage Worker’s Compensation claims for work site
• Manage and oversee our recognition program, including uploading new users and monitoring program use
• HR contact and support to employees for our Wellness program
• Set-up on site events related to our Wellness program, such as on-site Biometric Screening
• Recruitment activities
