TYPE: Contract to Hire, first shift

  • Serve as liaison between parts department and service department
  • Tracking machine repairs including tracking of parts and providing clients with status updates
  • Tracking inventory and updating system with inventory information
  • Keeping up with important inspection documents and ensuring they are up to date and submitted correctly
  • Sourcing spare parts 
  • Negotiating pricing for parts
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements


  • Experience with purchasing is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience with inventory is required
  • Must be highly organized and have a very strong attention to detail
  • Must have excellent data entry skills
  • Microsoft Excel expertise is a must
