Our client is hiring a temporary (2 month) HRIS Project Assistant in beautiful Carlsbad, CA! This is a mid-level HR/Technical administrative position that requires advanced experience with Excel that pays $19/hour. Experience with ADP,  Hiredesk and Smartsheet are a plus as you will need to be very systems savvy! This is a great opportunity to learn more about global IT and help a company relocate their headquarters to the East Coast. JOB DUTIES:

  • Technical Project Assistant to the HR team moving HR records into multiple systems
  • Exporting files to and from ADP
  • Excel reporting utilizing Pivot Tables
  • Data migration and data input

 

Job Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Advanced Excel with ability to do formulas, sort data, and pivot tables
  • ADP, Smartsheet and Hiredesk a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field (recent grads who qualify are welcome to apply!)
  • Comfortable with data reporting and data input
  • Technical aptitude and systems savvy with ability to learn quickly with little direction
  • Attention to detail with a desire to jump in and help wherever needed
