Looking for a 2nd shift position and have call center experience? Positions starting early September! 

Do you like helping customers and have experience in a call center environment? Our client, a retail company located in Braselton, GA, is seeking qualified individuals to join their customer service division! If you are a experienced Call Center Professional who provides outstanding customer service, this is a GREAT opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and handle all customer inquiries completely and accurately via Phone, Email and/or Chat as determined by the business needs
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Hours: **must be flexible to work up to 12am**

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • 6+months experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers, office software, email and chat. Technical Aptitude is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus!
